Malibu Resident On 'Millionaires Row' Ordered To Share Beach
July 13, 2011
LOS ANGELES -- A homeowner on Malibu's "millionaires row" seems to have found the price of thwarting public access to the beach coveted by the rich and famous.
In exchange for a promise of $250,000 and lawyer's fees, a nonprofit called Access for All, which works to ensure public paths to the beach are opened, agreed to extinguish an access point to one of the most exclusive parts of the California coast.
