Judge allows testimony from young bullying victim who killed himself

Eleven-year-old Mitchell Wilson – despondent over his physical deterioration from muscular dystrophy and weary of constant bullying at school – committed suicide last September. A judge ruled this morning that a statement he made in 2010 will be allowed as evidence at the trial of his accused tormentor.
